Heavenly bliss! Those are the best words I can use to express our feelings the day we closed escrow. I hope you show other people this letter so they will know how lucky they are to have you as their Realtor. We did not know what impressed us most about you. Your professionalism, your knowledge of cost vs. value, or your friendly manner. At any rate, we found your building, architectural, and interior design background to be invaluable. Because of you we made of the best investments we have ever made, not to mention the largest. Everything went so smoothly. The experience could have been awful, but you helped make it a joy.
You were kind, giving, and sensitive to our needs. That was important to us. You fought for everything we wanted. You negotiated the lowest price for us that included lots of free work which we didn’t expect.
We have been living in the house for a month or so now and are incorporating changes to make it our own. The pool is fenced and entry gates installed just to name a few things we have done. It is so nice to have such a beautiful home to fix up.
If we ever need a Realtor in the future, you will be the only person we will call. We will recommend you to anyone that is buy or selling a home.
